We ran an Annual General Meeting (AGM) for a local association. The attendance was upward of 100 attendees and we ran a webcast and live stream for all participants. We had to manage the entire voting process as per regulations and had to ensure real-time information to each user, with immediate feedback for each vote. This complex need is not easily attained and requires no room for error.
