Ottawa, ON, October 19, 2025 – AV-CANADA is evolving its presence in the Ottawa Events industry as we move to a new office location. The first Ottawa location was opened in 2014, after our clients and fellow meeting planners requested that we build a physical location in the City of Ottawa. Having serviced the area for over 30 years, we are grateful to be regarded so highly by our clients and industry that expanding our offices to Ottawa was undeniably evident.
As we introduce more advanced AV technologies, new green event solutions, diverse accessibility solutions and more; we are excited to move to a larger location that better supports our company needs. With our continuously growing inventory of in-house equipment, our in-house event studio and talented staff, this move will help further the service and support we offer to the events industry in Ottawa and surrounding areas.

Along with supporting our clients with more green solutions at their events, such as energy-efficient LED lighting and equipment, we have also implemented energy-efficient LED lighting across the Ottawa office and are incorporating more green measures into our operations. Our efforts bring us one step closer to our goal of being carbon neutral by 2027 and help spread more awareness and adoption for green solutions in the Events industry.
