We created a virtual tradeshow for a local association with attendance of over 1000 people! One of our biggest virtual events so far, this conference had 40 speakers which our team strategically supported with remote logins, audio checks and training; for a seamless live stream across the globe. We managed everything from pre-registration activities to setting up a virtual stage, branded networking lounges, product demos, presentations, translations, and tiered ticket access. We offer 24/7 support to all exhibitors, participants, presenters and partners. The event was nothing shy of extraordinary!
