The CSAE Tete a Tete event this year had the highest attendance we have seen to date, it was completely sold out. As the proud Official AV Supplier, we are thrilled to support such a great organization and show and we hope to see you there in 2024.
Our experienced team leveraged their expertise this year to create a large, curved, semi-circle LED video wall, running 18 feet by 12 feet! The custom 3D motion graphics and inspiring videos took the experience to the next level and we decided to make the LED wall our entire booth this year. Thank you to the large crowd that came by to appreciate our work!
Spatial projection, LED walls, and custom visuals were a large part of our work this year at CSAE Tete a Tete. We created two stages for the client which included the AV-CANADA main stage and the AV-CANADA tradeshow stage.
The main stage featured a custom stage design with a larger 30 screen set up, coupled with rigging, lighting, uplighting and audio services. Our modelling software helped us walk the actual event space in advance and plan the event down to every fine detail.
The tradeshow stage, in the very center of the tradeshow floor, was set up to support presentations as well as the entertainment for the event. Our team worked carefully with the client to ensure flexibility in all audio and visual services to go from business to entertainment in a seamless integration. We provided 24 hour support and had enough AV equipment on hand to switch gears quickly, especially to support without any compromise on the entertainment part of the event.
Our very own Robert Thompson, VP of Sales at AV-CANADA took the stage to speak about AV technology and how we can add support as the Official Supplier for CSAE Tete a Tete 2023. We want to thank everyone who attended the event and those who visited our booth. We are taken aback by the number of compliments we received for our audio systems and visual set up on stage, and with our LED wall booth. Hearing about the attendee and organizer experience drives us to continue to leverage advanced technology to make our client events extraordinary!
